Shipping & Delivery
ClickCart offers delivery across all regions of Lebanon. The shipping cost is $3 for deliveries within Beirut and $4 for areas outside Beirut.
You can request a modification or cancellation if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number for assistance.
For deliveries within Beirut, orders are typically delivered within 24 hours. For locations outside Beirut, deliveries take approximately 2 to 3 days.
If you’re not available when the delivery is attempted, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable time for redelivery.
No, we currently only offer shipping within Lebanon.
Returns: How-To
At ClickCart, all sales are final. We do not offer returns unless there is an extreme issue with the product that is supported by photos taken on the same day of delivery. This is due to the fact that our products are double-checked multiple times for quality before being shipped.
If you believe your product qualifies for a return due to a major issue, please contact our customer support team immediately on the day of delivery. You must provide detailed photos as evidence to initiate the return process.
As a general rule, our products are non-returnable unless there are extreme defects. This strict policy ensures that you receive the highest quality products, as they are thoroughly inspected before shipment.
If your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with specific instructions on how to return the product. Make sure to include all original packaging and proof of the issue (e.g. photos).
Once we receive your returned item (if approved), our team will inspect it and process your refund. This process typically takes 2-3 business days, and you will be notified once the refund has been issued.
